King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer chicken
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans mild enchilada sauce
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 medium bag tortilla chips
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone and break into small pieces.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Crush tortilla chips.
    Layer half of the ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish in the following order: tortilla chips, chicken, soup, enchilada sauce, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
