Onion-Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can drained tuna
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until top is browned.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
