Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry sweet potatoes in hot oil in skillet until brown on both sides.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Add milk.
    Simmer on low heat until tender.
    Serve hot.
    Yield: 6 servings.
