Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices fresh bread, broken into small pieces (trim brown edges)
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix at high speed the margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add pineapple and bread crumbs.
    Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until lightly browned, at 350\u00b0.
