Blackberry Cobbler(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. apple juice concentrate (divided)
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. granulated fructose, divided
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. blackberries
    2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 9 x 9-inch pan, melt margarine and set aside.
    Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
    Add 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate, 1/4 cup fructose and water.
    Mix well.
    Pour batter over melted butter.
