Creamy Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken stock
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 c. cauliflower
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. onion
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. celery
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Add vegetables to chicken stock.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    In a saucepan, melt butter; add flour.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add half and half; cook until thick.
    Mix with vegetables and cheese.
