Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow Duncan Hines pudding cake mix (follow directions on box and place in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan; set aside)
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta (1.8 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat mixture well.
    Pour over cake.
    Make sure mixture goes through all of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    When serving, use cherries or strawberries.
