Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Angel Flake coconut (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with about 1/2 cup milk.
Combine with sugar, flour and remaining milk.
Cook until thick (approximately 5 minutes).
Add vanilla, coconut and margarine; mix well.
Pour into baked pie shell.
