Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    12 to 13 c. dry bread cubes
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. chicken or turkey broth
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add onion, celery and mushrooms. Saute.
    Pour over bread cubes in large mixing bowl; add all seasoning.
    Mix eggs with broth and add to mix.
    Pack in crock-pot but do not stir.
    Cook on High 45 minutes, then on Low for 4 to 8 hours.
