Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 1/3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 (No. 303) can pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add spices, eggs and vanilla; mix.
Add flour, baking powder and soda; mix.
Add pumpkin; mix.
Add nuts; mix.
Pour into 3 greased and floured coffee cans.
Fill half full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from cans when cool. Slice and serve.
