Kay'S Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Boston butt roast
    1 onion
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot with 1/2 onion on top and 1/2 on bottom.
    Cover with water.
    Cook 12 hours or overnight.
    Drain liquid; debone and chop up roast.
    Remove fat.
    Place chopped meat back into crock-pot with barbecue sauce; simmer on low for several hours.
