Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. bread cubes
    1 can tomato puree
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put bread cubes in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Melt butter and pour over bread cubes; toss lightly.
    Heat tomato puree with water and brown sugar.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour over bread and toss.
