Swedish Cocoa Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. strong coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla or rum flavoring
1 3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together, add cocoa, coffee, flavoring and rolled oats.
Chill until cold, then roll in small balls in palms of hands, pressing firmly.
These are not baked.
Yields about 36.
