Good-For-You Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. molasses
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. nutmeats
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. cut up dried apricots
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly the first 4 ingredients.
    Sift together and stir in the next 5 ingredients.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by spoonfuls on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
