E Z Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Stella D'Oro Anginetti cookies
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Split cookies and set aside.
    Drain pineapple.
    Beat the cream cheese.
    Add Cool Whip and mix.
    Add pineapple; mix.
    Fill bottom of each cookie and cap loosely with top.
    Refrigerate until needed. They taste better when they have set for several hours.
