Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Defrost potatoes. Combine next 7 ingredients with the potatoes in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Saute corn flake crumbs in 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Casserole should be bubbling on sides.
