Surprise Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. water
1 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. each chopped walnuts and Colby cheese
Preparation

Bring to a boil the pineapple and sugar. Add and mix well the jello and water.
Set until quite thick.
Fold in the whipped cream, walnuts and cheese.
Set until firm.
