Low-Fat Baked Apples(This Easy Fruit Dessert Has No Added Sugar.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium cooking apples
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove core from apples, leaving 1/2-inch of the core at bottom of the apple.
    Peel top one-third of apple.
    Arrange apples in baking pan.
    Put 1 tablespoon of raisins in the center of each apple.
    Pour water over apples.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until tender. Spoon liquid from pan over apples one or two times during baking. Makes 4 servings, 1 apple each.

    105 calories, 0 g cholesterol, 1 g fat and 0 sodium.
