Mondel Bread(Jewish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Mix all together.
Grease 4 aluminum ice trays.
Pour batter into each.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from trays.
Cut on slant (slice) and toast in oven with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on each side until brown and dry, about 10 minutes.
