Mints - cooking recipe

1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
1 egg white
a few drops oil of peppermint
Preparation

Mix together. If too stiff to work, add a few drops of milk. Add a few drops of food coloring to whole batch or part of batch. Shape into balls in palm of hands. Design with fork by pressing down on platter. Let set a few minutes, overnight, or freeze for future use.
