6 large whole wheat pitas
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
crushed red chili peppers to taste
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Mix tomato sauce with oregano and basil.
Spread evenly on pitas.
Top each with mushrooms, chopped pepper and onion and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place pizzas directly on racks.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
Serve hot. Contains 268 calories each.
