Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat together the egg yolks, sugar and butter.
    Add coconut, raisins and pecans.
    Beat egg whites and fold in.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake 40 to 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
