Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mayo (can use nonfat)
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. grated onion (can use dry moistened with a little water)
    1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp. curry powder (can use more if you like)
    7 to 9 drops Tabasco
    dash of salt (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender.
    Blend until smooth and mixed thoroughly.
    Cover and chill well.
    Keeps very well for several weeks.
    Use as a dip for veggies or over baked potato instead of sour cream.
    Delicious over cold poached salmon!
