Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Blend milk, salt, butter and bring to a boil, slowly stirring in sifted cornmeal until blended thoroughly.
Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve at once while hot.
