Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 large bunch scallions
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped small
    2 cans pitted chopped black olives
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Set aside.
