Swordfish Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2-inch) swordfish steak
2 tsp. rosemary
6 Tbsp. butter
salt
1/4 c. white wine
oil
Preparation

Dredge fish with flour and press rosemary into the fish. Brush with oil. Place 5 tablespoons butter in a large skillet and add fish. Cook, turning once, until fish is flaky (about 15 minutes). Sprinkle with salt and remove to a hot platter. Add wine and remaining butter to skillet and heat; pour over fish.
