Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. raw oats, quick or regular
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour milk over oats and let stand 2 minutes before mixing other ingredients in.
    Preheat lightly oiled griddle to 370\u00b0 to 390\u00b0.
    Add all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Mixture will be thin.
    Yields 16 pancakes.
