Chicken Almond Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. slivered almonds
1/4 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook and chop chicken; add celery, cheese and 1/2 of almonds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together the mayonnaise and soup. Add to other mixture.
Pour all into buttered dish.
Mix 1/4 stick butter with cornflakes and the other 1/2 of almonds.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
