Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. floured blueberries
Preparation

Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
Cream shortening and 2 cups sugar and add dry ingredients alternating with the milk and vanilla.
Fold in egg whites.
Fold in blueberries.
Put into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
