Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. green seedless grapes
    1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Toss chicken, celery, water chestnuts, grapes and pineapple carefully.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings; mix into tossed ingredients.
    Add eggs and sprinkle with almonds. Serves 8 to 10.
