Linguine And Shrimp In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic, crushed (jar)
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. small cooked frozen shrimp, thawed
    10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
    2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    12 oz. linguine
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter for about 1 to 2
    minutes.
    Add milk, Ricotta cheese, shrimp and peas.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add Tabasco. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese. Pour sauce over cooked linguine.
    Toss well to coat.
