Caramel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn, unpopped (5 qt. when popped)
    1 c. butter (can use 1/2 nucoa 1/2 butter)
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Boil butter, sugar and syrups for five minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla and pour slowly over the popped corn mixing well.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every few minutes to prevent top from burning.
    When it's as crisp as you want it, pour out on waxed paper.
    Store in airtight container.
