Turkey Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey carcass
    5 qt. water
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. celery leaves
    1 c. onion
    7 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. peas
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. green beans
    4 c. (8 oz.) fine noodles
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Place turkey, water, celery, onion, bouillon, salt, pepper and bay leaf in large kettle. Cover and simmer about 1 hour. Remove carcass.
    Add carrots, peas and green beans.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add meat from carcass.
    Heat soup. Add noodles and cook 10 minutes.
    Melt butter in small pan. Add flour and stir constantly until flour is browned. Stir into soup. Boil 5 minutes.
