Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-2 1/2 lbs. boiling chicken
    2-3 potatoes
    1-2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Cool and pull meat from bones. Chill broth, skim fat from broth and skin the chicken.
    Combine vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms & bouillon with broth.
    Cook until potatoes are fork tender.
    Add chicken and pour into square baking pan.
    Top with biscuits and bake 350\u00b0 until biscuits are brown.
