Cracker Barrel'S Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) bag country-style hash browns
    2 c. shredded Colby cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 beef broth
    onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    dash of garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix milk, broth, 1 tablespoon butter, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
    When hot, stir in hash browns and onion.
    Add broth mixture and cook about 7 minutes.
    Add cheese and bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve hot.
