Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (No. 303 can)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour once, measure add soda, salt, spices and sugar and sift into mixing bowl.
Add oil, eggs, water and pumpkin in order given.
Add nuts and pour into two greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans lined with brown paper.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
Remove from oven; allow to stand in pans 10 minutes, then remove paper.
