Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. diced pared cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. Italian Dressing
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Lightly toss together the potatoes, celery, cucumber, olives and onions.
    With a fork, thoroughly but carefully, blend in the dressing mixed with the oregano.
    Cover the salad. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
