Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 ripe bananas
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, flour, bananas and vanilla. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
