Holiday Eggnog Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
    1-3/4 c. eggnog
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Combine eggnog, oil and egg and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.
    Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
