Tootie Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small French bread loaves
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
4 slices uncooked bacon
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Partially slice bread loaves.
Cut Swiss cheese in triangle slices.
Place cheese in between slices.
Put foil on cookie sheet and bread.
Mix and spread like icing on a cake on top and sides:
softened butter, onion, mustard and poppy seed.
Cut bacon into small pieces and place top of bread.
Bake 20 minutes.
