Creamy Mocha Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
    1 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
    3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in a large saucepan; add semi-sweet chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels melt.
    Spread into a lightly buttered 8-inch square pan or baking dish; sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
    Gently press pecans into fudge.
    Chill until firm.
    Store loosely covered at room temperature.
