Fat-Free Chocolate Therapy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. Marshmallow Creme

Preparation

In a medium bowl, add ingredients, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
After adding Marshmallow Creme, mix until the marshmallow lumps are gone.
Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 10 servings at less than 1/2 gram of fat each.
