Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar and flour.
    Add beaten egg yolks, juice and rind of 1 lemon and 1 cup milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then down to 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
