Recycled Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    46 oz. jar kosher dill pickles
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. whole pickling spices
Preparation
    Pour brine off pickles and rinse.
    Slice then put back in jar and cover with cold water.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain the next morning.
    Bring to boil sugar, vinegar and spices.
    Boil a few minutes.
    Pour over sliced pickles.
    Allow to stand.
    That makes recycled pickles.
