Special Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large bell pepper (half red and half green)
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    garlic salt to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can refried beans
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sharp Cheddar
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 small jars (medium or hot) picante sauce
    chips
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with bell peppers, large onion, chili powder, red pepper and garlic salt.
    Mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, refried beans and milk.
    Add to meat mixture and mix.
    In a casserole dish, layer chips (any kind).
    Pour meat mixture over chips and mix.
    Add cheeses and picante sauce over dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
