Fire Department Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ketchup
    6 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 oz. black pepper
    3/4 box salt
    80 qt. potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Peel, wash and quarter potatoes.
    Place in pot; cover with water.
    Pour sauce over and bring to a rolling boil.
    Cook until done, approximately 45 minutes.
