Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 stalks celery, finely sliced
    1 can hot chili beans (undrained)
    1/3 c. green peppers, finely chopped
    1/2 can black olive slices
    1 small bottle Catalina salad dressing
    1 bag Fritos corn chips
Preparation
    Mix all but chips and refrigerate several hours.
    Toss with chips or serve chips alongside as a dip too.
    Serves several.
