Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    2 (8 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks with liquid
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Drain pineapple juice into 2-quart glass casserole.
    Stir in cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Cook in microwave oven on High for 4 minutes, or until mixture boils.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Stir in green pepper and pineapple.
    Cook in microwave oven, covered, on High for about 6 minutes.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Place sausage in larger dish and pour sauce over it.
    Sauce may also be used over meatballs, cocktail franks or vegetables.
