Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chop suey meat (1 lb. beef, 1 lb. pork, cubed small)
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. La Choy brown gravy sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add soy sauce and gravy sauce with water and celery.
    Stir and simmer until tender.
    Add drained bean sprouts and cook 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
