peanut butter cookie dough
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Press cookie dough onto cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool.
Blend flour, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth, spread on cooled cookie dough.
Peel, core and slice apples (dipped in lemon juice). Arrange over dough.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Heat caramel and drizzle over apples and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
